Chevy Bolt is Back with New Ultium and Ultify technologies, Month After Scrapped It

Before it was announced that Chevy Bolt will be discontinued in the year 2024, General Motors clarified on Tuesday that it going to bring Chevrolet Bolt. It is the car that is next generation and based on the Ultium and Ultify technology. Moreover, they added that this car will deliver various facilities like range, affordability, and most of all technology.

According to the CEO of General Motors, The Bolt will be released on an "accelerated timeline,". He made this exciting announcement during the second quarter call of the company. Apart from this, he also added that: Our customers love the Bolt very much. This is due to their adoration our company has been producing outclass reviews of our loyal customers and record-breaking revenues. These are the significant sources for our company as well as Chevrolet.

In a press release, GM CEO Barra also says that by modernizing the Ultium and Ultify technologies we will reduce engineering expenses and capital investment, and these technologies will create the slogan of “Win with Simplicity’s discipline”.  

GM CEO Barra also revealed that the company has a firm belief in the breakthrough of Ultium and Ultify technologies. With the help of these advanced technologies, the company is bringing back the new Chevy Bolt model to the automotive market in a faster timeframe.

The introduction of the Chevrolet Bolt was in 2017, but since then it is achieving milestones, and become hit as the first long-distance, mass-produced EV available at a reasonable price for customers. Not only that, Bolt EV and Bolt EUV both become the highest sales cars during the mid of 2023. GM CEO Barra was also honored to share that 80% of Bolt owners continue to support Chevrolet, and roughly 70% of buyers are trading in a non-GM product.
