First conditional sentences are sentences that may occur after another action in the future. The first conditional contains two tenses, i.e., Present simple and simple future tense.
First
conditional sentences describe things that are possible and could very well
happen in the near future. We discuss plans, promises, threats, or persuasion
in the first conditional tenses. If a condition is met, we predict an outcome.
